(8) When using a winch to return to the column, the following checks should also be made:

1 The signal worker should check whether the signal is sensitive and reliable, and whether the signal cable is damaged or squeezed.

2 Check the pulley mast, the rope sleeve and the pulley for compliance.

3 The winch driver should check whether the winch, mast, wire rope, rope hook, cable, button, etc. meet the requirements.

Before the start of construction, the above items should be inspected in detail, and problems must be dealt with in a timely manner before they can be returned to the column.

The sequence of operation of the artificial back column

8 Recover all kinds of backboard materials, and put the pillars, hinges and backboards that have been dropped back to the designated location before continuing to top.

5 When the winch is to be started, all personnel must evacuate the ropeway from the hook head no less than 5 meters before the signal worker can issue a driving signal.
