When TS is used as a collector, the test is carried out in two parts, one is the use of TS as a collector alone, and the other is the combination of TS and other agents. The pure mineral flotation test shows that TS has a catching effect on colloidal phosphate and dolomite at natural pH value, and the floating rate of dolomite is higher than that of colloidal phosphate. However, when the pH is adjusted to a weakly acidic medium (pH<6) with acid (sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, etc.), the collophanite and dolomite have good selectivity, and can be well separated, dolomite floating, colloidal phosphate It is inhibited, that is, the reverse flotation of colloidal phosphate in a weakly acidic medium. The combination of TS and other agents can improve the separation effect of colloidal phosphate rock and dolomite, respectively, TS and anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate, cationic surfactant dodecylamine, nonionic surfactant alkanolamides, coal oil composition collophanite and collector. Its flotation effect is better than the single drug. The determination of mineral ξ-potential, ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and washing test showed that TS and surfactant were adsorbed on the mineral surface by physical and chemical adsorption. The results of flotation tests verified with actual phosphate ore indicate that the combined agent TS plus sodium dodecyl sulfate and TS plus alkanolamide not only improved the flotation recovery of the actual phosphate rock, but also the phosphate concentrate. The quality has been improved, confirming that TS has a good industrial application prospect.
