A process for flotation of fluorite ore, which is an improvement of the approved patent of 97105202. In the prior art, the flotation fluorite ore is an acid addition sleeve and a synergist as a regulator. In the present invention, a composition obtained by mixing an acid with water and one or more soluble salts composed of the acid as a regulator, and forming a series of compositions, that is, any one of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, oxalic acid and acetic acid can be used. The acid and the corresponding salt are in the range of water glass, acid and salt = 1~2:1~5:0.5~1. The invention has strong adaptability, good stability, high quality concentrate, high recovery rate and low cost.

Flotation separation method

A carbonate-fluorite ore is provided for cost-effective flotation separation, which is particularly suitable for flotation separation of fluorite ore with high carbonate content. The key is to select an effective carbonate mineral inhibitor - acidified water glass and dosing measures to achieve high purity separation of carbonate and fluorite under normal process conditions.
