Autodesk has made another strategic investment through its Forge Fund, this time in Jumper Labs, an Israeli startup based in Tel Aviv. Jumper is a cutting-edge platform that simplifies the development and testing of embedded software for IoT devices, making it easier for companies to bring smart, connected products to market faster. The company's mission is to level the playing field by enabling businesses of all sizes to simulate and test their IoT solutions virtually before building physical prototypes. This approach significantly reduces R&D time, speeds up product iterations, and allows for seamless testing of updates—including critical security patches—without the need for costly hardware. Jumper’s tools are designed to streamline the entire product lifecycle, empowering developers and engineers to focus on innovation rather than infrastructure. By leveraging the Autodesk Forge Platform, Jumper will integrate cloud services, APIs, and SDKs to build even more powerful applications and experiences that support the future of digital manufacturing. Jonathan Seroussi, founder and CEO of Jumper, previously worked with Autodesk when his first company was acquired in 2009. Now, after leading Autodesk’s Tel Aviv office for several years, he has returned to the fold with Jumper, which he co-founded with CTO Dan Shemesh and VP of Product Yaniv Nissenboim. “I’m excited to be back in the Autodesk ecosystem,” said Seroussi. “This partnership gives us the resources we need to continue our mission of helping companies design, test, and launch smarter, more connected products.” Scott Reese, vice president of cloud products at Autodesk, emphasized the importance of Israel’s tech ecosystem in shaping the future of IoT. “We’re committed to supporting startups that are redefining how products are made, tested, and brought to market,” he said. “Jumper represents the next step in our vision for a more connected, efficient, and innovative manufacturing landscape.” With this investment, Autodesk continues to expand its presence in the global IoT space, reinforcing its role as a key player in the digital transformation of industry.
