Dan McInerney captured these photos from an incident that took place at 4404 W. Roosevelt, where a recycling facility was involved. Engine 38 was initially dispatched for an ambulance assist and arrived on the scene to find a burn victim. Due to the nature of the injury, a battalion chief (Bn13) was also called in to coordinate the response. The Office of Fire Investigation (OFI) later visited the patient at the hospital to gather more information about the incident.
