Autodesk, a leading software company, and STRABAG, a major construction service provider in Europe, have signed a letter of intent to deepen their collaboration in the field of digital transformation within the construction industry. The partnership focuses on the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions tailored specifically for the European market. This initiative aims to enhance efficiency and innovation across construction and logistics processes. The agreement marks a significant step forward in the long-standing relationship between the two companies. STRABAG’s extensive experience from construction sites across Europe will play a key role in shaping practical BIM applications. These tools will be tested and refined through real-world projects, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the industry. A major focus is on integrating BIM into both construction and logistics workflows, as both companies believe there is substantial untapped potential in this area. Klemens Haselsteiner, a new member of STRABAG SE's Management Board for Digitalisation, emphasized the importance of the collaboration. “For years, we have valued our partnership with Autodesk in defining and developing BIM software,” he said. “As a leading construction company, we are committed to driving digitization in the European construction sector. Advancing BIM, especially for construction and logistics, is a key objective.” As part of the initial phase, the companies are conducting joint workshops to explore critical issues related to BIM implementation. The first series is focused on infrastructure, an area where STRABAG has significant expertise. With over 2,500 bridges in Germany needing renovation or adaptation for increased traffic, the demand for advanced planning tools like BIM is growing. Additionally, BIM is now required as a planning basis for public tenders starting in 2020. Andrew Anagnost, CEO of Autodesk, highlighted the strategic importance of the partnership. “Europe, particularly the German-speaking region, is a crucial market for us. We are excited to work with a company like STRABAG, which brings strong expertise and a clear vision for the future of the industry.” Beyond traditional BIM use in construction, the collaboration also explores pre-construction phases, including modular and off-site design. STRABAG’s on-site experience combined with Autodesk’s knowledge from the manufacturing sector creates a powerful synergy that can improve efficiency and reduce costs. Autodesk provides software that empowers people to create, design, and innovate. From architecture and engineering to entertainment and manufacturing, millions of professionals around the world rely on Autodesk solutions to bring their ideas to life. Thorough Hardened Screw

Thorough Hardened screw HPT series is imported alloy steel. After high-temperature quenching and tempering treatment, the hardness of the round rod reaches to HRC60. Under the different types of rough & finishing grinding progress, it meets the requirements of high precision for all kinds of products and prolongs the service life of the screw in different applications.

HPT series is suitable for plastic material with 25%-65% glass fiber, with wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and high speed resistance property. It is suitable for fully electrical injection molding machine with high speed, high processing requirements. According to the different customers demands, the PVD coating and Chrome plating is applied to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
