In order to implement the "Plan", the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association and related industry associations and remanufacturing demonstration enterprises initiated the "Internal Combustion Engine Remanufacturing Industry Alliance" (hereinafter referred to as the Alliance) and held an unveiling ceremony. Secretary Xing Min read out the "Decision on Establishing an Internal Combustion Engine Remanufacturing Industry Alliance". Deputy Secretary Ge Hong read the "Self-Rule Convention for the Remanufacturing Industry of the Internal Combustion Engine Industry", and representatives of the Alliance signed the "Responsibility Commitment Letter for the Re-engineering of Internal Combustion Engines" 》.
The Alliance held a one-time (expansion) meeting. Long, served by Ge Hong, deputy secretary-general of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association; nominated by the Secretary-General, approved by the board of directors, appointed as the general manager assistant of Weichai Power (Weifang) Remanufacturing Co., Ltd. Wang Shengbin, deputy general manager of Wuxi Dahao Power Co., Ltd. Yin Kaisong is the deputy secretary general of the alliance. He Guangyuan, Bao Xuding and Xu Binshi were hired as alliance consultants and Li Dongru was hired as an expert consultant for the alliance. After deliberation by the Board of Directors, it agreed to Guangdong Mingjie Parts Remanufacturing Co., Ltd., Maxima Engineering Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Baixu Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Chaifa Power Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Lingang Remanufacturing Industry Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Eight units from Jiaotong University, Shandong Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute and Wuhan Materials Protection Institute joined the alliance.
Participants believed that through the platform built by the alliance, industrial technology exchange and information sharing will be strengthened, the cohesiveness and centripetal force of the industry will be enhanced, the influence of the alliance will be expanded, and the entire internal combustion engine remanufacturing industry will be condensed to lead the booming of the internal combustion engine remanufacturing industry. The alliance will actively play the role of a bridge, actively promote industry norms, actively link allies, actively promote the improvement of enterprise innovation capabilities, organize and coordinate the implementation of various units to jointly promote the construction of internal combustion engine remanufacturing demonstration projects, technical research and other work.
