Electric Copper Wire Granulator Working Principle:

  1. Wires are fed into the crusher where they are broken down and separated into copper and plastic. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve — larger mesh allows longer pieces and higher output.
  2. The mixed material is transported to the separator by conveyor. During this process, dust and light-weight plastics (like fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. A dust collection bag prevents environmental pollution and collects debris until it’s full.
  3. The separator uses differences in specific gravity and aerodynamic forces to separate copper granules from plastic. Adjusting conveyor speed and vibration amplitude ensures optimal separation, with copper moving downward and plastic upward before being discharged through different outlets.
All components are mounted on a single base, making the machine ready for use upon delivery. Customers only need to connect it to a power source.
