Metal Baler Description
The Y81 series automatic hydraulic metal baling machine is ideal for steel works, recycling processing industries, and non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting. It can compress various types of metal scraps, such as steel shavings, waste copper, and aluminum into qualified shapes like cubes, cylinders, octagons, and more. This helps reduce transportation and smelting costs.
Metal Baler Features and Advantages
1. Hydraulic driving is used for all types of machines, with optional manual or PLC automatic control. 2. No need for foundation bolts; diesel-powered units are available for areas without power supply. 3. Bale-out types include turn out, side push, and front push. 4. Extruding force ranges from 63 tons to 400 tons, with production efficiency from 0.5 to 20 tons per hour. 5. Chamber box size and bale size can be customized according to client requirements, and blades can be selected for the chamber box.
