QJF-600 Electric Copper Wire Granulator Introduction:
The QJF-600 model (capacity: 300-400kg/h) offers high efficiency and purity. The mixed crushed material (copper and plastic) enters the vibrating separator together with airflow, and finally, the pellets are processed on a secondary vibrator to achieve 100% purity.

Electric Copper Wire Granulator Working Principle:
300-400kg/H Electric Copper Wire Granulator and Separator
  1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and separated into copper and plastic. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve — larger mesh produces longer pieces and higher output. Choose the appropriate mesh based on the material type during production.
  2. The crushed material (a mix of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic particles (including fiber, rope, or tapes) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The blower is connected to a dust collector with a bag that prevents dust from being released into the environment. Dust and some light plastic particles are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
  3. The separator is used to separate plastic and copper granules based on their physical properties and specific gravity. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move downward and upward, while plastic (with lower specific gravity) moves upward and downward, eventually being discharged through different outlets.
All components are installed on a base frame to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted before shipping, so customers only need to connect it to the power supply.
