The Secondary Cleaner is specifically designed for continuous-running belt conveyors operating in poor working conditions. As the second stage in a multi-stage cleaning system, it effectively removes sticky material from the conveyor belt. The scrapers are available in two materials: polyurethane and tungsten alloy.

| Technical Features |
1. This type of belt cleaner uses a spring tension device that ensures the scraper remains close to the belt even when worn or if the belt jumps.
2. The scraper is split-type, allowing individual replacement based on wear conditions, making it simpler and more cost-effective. |
| Packing and Freight |
1. Packing: We use standard export cases made of composite plates with thickness ranging from 9mm to 15mm, meeting export requirements. Wooden cases with fumigation and an Inspection Certificate of Fumigation are also available.
2. Freight:
(1) Shipping: We cooperate with international shipping agencies to ensure timely delivery. Liner shipping is usually accepted, and we work closely during peak freight periods to solve transportation issues. If you have other requirements, please inform us.
(2) Express and Air Transport: Goods can be transported via express or air if there is an urgent need, although costs will be higher and the goods must be small.
(3) International Multimodal Transport: Qualified MTOs handle the transportation to ensure timely arrival at the terminal. Container transport is generally used, except in special circumstances. |
