Impurities refer to substances that have neither food quality nor grain or oil quality, or dissimilar grains. The methods and precautions for checking the impurity, imperfect grain, and pure grain (mass) rate using a motorized filter are as follows:
1 set of good sieve layer: according to the quality standards set in the sieve layer;
2 According to the provisions, weigh the sample into the upper sieve, cover the sieve cover, and place it on the electric filter;
3 Turn on the power, turn on the switch, select the sieve automatically to the left and right sieves for 1min (110 to 120 rpm);
4 After a few moments of sieving, pour the oversize and undersize into analytical trays and petri dishes (or miniplates), respectively.
