Recently, Qingdao Customs released the results of cracking down on intellectual property rights infringement in 2015. A total of 1,324 batches of infringing goods and 4.78 million pieces of infringing goods were investigated throughout the year, involving 1011 pieces of intellectual property rights, and alleged infringing goods included multiple categories. It is reported that in addition to severely cracking down on infringements in the import and export sector, Qingdao Customs also insists on guiding enterprises to establish intellectual property protection awareness, implementing a well-known brand customer management model, and interpreting one-to-one intellectual property protection policies for enterprises. The intellectual property it owns is filed with the General Administration of Customs. In recent years, Qingdao Customs has supported 83 companies including Hisense Group and Linglong Tire Group Co., Ltd., and filed 136 intellectual property rights with the General Administration of Customs.
