Features of TSE Series Twin Screw Extruder
1. Gearbox
New-style parallel three-axis drive design integrates the conveying axis, chain, deceleration, and torque distribution, making it compact. Key bearings are imported. The drive components are made of high-quality materials such as super alloy case-hardening steel, heat-treated, and gear-grinding technology, ensuring high torque, precision, and low noise. Soakage and forced lubrication work smoothly, with an alarm system when the hydraulic circuit is over-pressurized.
2. Feeding System
Metering feeders include single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, side feeding, and liquid addition systems.
3. Screw
The screw elements and kneading blocks are precisely designed and processed, allowing for flexible combinations and interchangeability, which ensures efficient self-cleaning, transmission, compounding, and pressure forming. The screw material is made of high tool steel 38CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2, with special heat treatment.
4. Barrel
Euro-style rectangular barrel with optimized reflux cooling reduces temperature differences in different areas. Depending on material and technical requirements, the cylinder can be made from high-quality nitrided steel, corrosion-resistant, or anti-friction materials with appropriate processing.
5. Heater
Innovative heater design ensures high heat transfer efficiency and long service life.
6. Pelletizing
