With a screw diameter of 31mm and an L/D ratio of 40, it offers excellent mixing capabilities and versatility for various material processing needs.
The machine features a robust design with high-quality nitride steel barrels and screw elements, ensuring durability and efficiency. The involute connection between the screw elements and spline shaft provides strong torque transmission and ease of assembly. The main motor is a 15kW AC motor equipped with a YASKAWA frequency inverter, allowing precise control over the screw speed (50–600 rpm). The barrel heating system uses electric heaters, with cast copper and aluminum heaters for efficient temperature regulation.
