BRIEF INTRODUCTION
The NYP series internal gear pump is a modern positive displacement pump designed to meet the diverse needs of industries such as petroleum, chemical, paint, pharmaceuticals, and food. Thanks to its unique design and the use of various materials, it can efficiently handle a wide range of media with different properties and viscosities. The pump operates effectively within a temperature range of -10°C to 200°C and can manage viscosities from 1.0cSt up to 300,000cSt.
WORK PRINCIPLE
The driving gear (external rotor) with internal teeth rotates the internal rotor in the same direction inside the fully enclosed pump housing. As the gears rotate, a vacuum is created at the suction port, drawing in the liquid, which is then carried to the discharge port by the rotating rotors. The liquid is finally expelled through the outlet as the gears mesh. This process ensures smooth and continuous fluid transportation.
