PSA-COM dilute combustion and denitrification upgrade technology integrates pressure swing adsorption technology and advanced combustion control technology, which can fundamentally solve the problem of dysentery with high nitrogen content and low calorific value. The use of this technology can reduce the nitrogen content of the blue carbon gas to about 3%, while the hydrogen, carbon monoxide and methane content increase to more than 85%, and the calorific value can be doubled. It can be used as a raw material for chemical synthesis or high calorific value gas.

Zhang Tian said that the PSA-COM Blue Carbon Degassing and Nitrogen Upgrading Technology is suitable for the transformation of different sizes of blue carbon equipment. It is a plug-in device that can seamlessly connect with existing production equipment. It does not require major changes to the existing blue carbon equipment and does not affect the production of existing equipment. The new equipment has a small footprint. The typical annual production of 600,000 tons of Lancang coal gas after denitrification and other purification treatment, can be an optional supporting annual output of 300 million cubic meters of hydrogen, 60,000 tons of liquefied natural gas, 120,000 tons of methanol or 150,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and other chemicals project.

In addition, the use of this technology in conjunction with the low moisture blue carbon coke quenching device can also increase the availability of blue carbon gas by more than 30%. The low moisture blue carbon coke quenching device recovers red sensible heat through the use of a heat-conducting oil system in the high temperature section, and uses the spray facility in the low temperature stage to reduce the red coke temperature to 120°C~150°C, which can effectively solve the high water content and quality of the blue carbon. Unstable defects, therefore, can eliminate the blue carbon drying facilities of existing facilities and significantly reduce the use of gas for drying.

It is understood that China's blue carbon production is generally used in the internal heating type carbonization furnace. The furnace type uses Jurassic lump coal as raw material, and the nitrogen gas content of the by-product of the carbonization gas in the carbonization process is as high as 40% to 50%. Therefore, the gas calorific value is low, and the effective chemical components such as hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and methane are low, and its use is very limited. .
