3. Equipment Principle:
The double-layer spray cleaning machine is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, which does not rust even when in constant contact with water. The selected water pumps are all well-known manufacturers, inspected by customers and time, ensuring the quality and reputation of the company. The first step is to turn on the power supply to make the mesh belt rotate. Fruits and vegetables are manually placed on the mesh belt evenly, transported forward, and then enter the sprinkler section. The sprinkler section is equipped with high-pressure sprinkler heads up and down, repeatedly washing the materials. Through the high-pressure water pump, 360-degree cleaning is achieved, without damaging the material skin, resulting in a clean and thorough cleaning effect.Water in the tank can be recycled. There is a flume below the sprinkler section. A filter is placed on the surface of the flume. Large sediment and stones remain on the filter net with the flow of water. Small sediment sinks into the bottom of the flume. Small sediment can be discharged quickly through the outlet. Clear water remains for recycling.
