A: We are a manufacturer specializing in car care products with over 20 years of experience. Our product range includes lubricants, refrigerant gases, car clean and polish sprays, and other maintenance products.

Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Longteng Industrial Park, Longgui Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. It is only 30 minutes away from Baiyun International Airport. If you wish to visit, here are some options:
1. We can pick you up at the airport or your hotel in Guangzhou.
2. You can take a taxi.
3. Take Metro Line 3 to Longgui Station, exit from Gate B2, and we will meet you there.

Q: Can you create custom branding and designs? Is there an additional charge?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM services are available. We can produce custom branding and packaging without extra charges. Please send us your designs in CDR, AI, or PDF format, or let us know your ideas, and our designers will handle it for you.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For our own GL brand and packaging, there is no MOQ requirement. For private labels and custom designs, the MOQ is 5,000 pieces per item.

Q: Is it possible to get free samples?
A: Yes, we offer free samples up to 5 pieces. Due to the hazardous nature of the product, samples must be sent through special couriers. New customers need to cover the shipping cost, which will be deducted from the total order amount upon placement. It’s recommended to send the payment via Western Union for safety and speed. Once we receive the payment, we will ship the samples via TNT, DHL, or EMS within 5–7 days.

Q: How long does production take?
A: Production typically takes around 25–30 days for one 20-foot container.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are as follows:
1. T/T: 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy.
2. T/T: 30% deposit, 70% by L/C at sight.
