2. Each working site in the wellbore shall be provided with independent sound and light signal systems and communication devices to access the wellhead. When the tunneling and parallel work are carried out in parallel, the signals sent from the hanging plate and the heading face should be clearly distinguished, and designated personnel should be responsible. A wellhead signal worker shall be provided, and the entire signal system shall be contacted by the wellhead signal worker and the hoisting machine room and the wellbore working face.
(II) Construction requirements 1. The shaft construction should be carried out with double-layer hanging plates. Before lifting the lifting plate, the winch, the suspended wire rope and the signal device must be strictly inspected, and all the workers under the hanging plate must be withdrawn. To move the hanging plate, it must be commanded by a special person. After the movement is completed, it must be fixed, and the gap between the hanging plate and the well wall should be tightly sealed, and the inspection should be confirmed to be reliable and accurate.
2. Safety requirements for lifting with buckets include:
(1) There should be a device on the derrick to prevent the drum from being over-wound. The wire rope hanging the bucket should be provided with a stable rope device.
(2) The rock in the bucket should be lower than the edge of the bucket. O.lm, the long object in the bucket must be firmly attached to the bucket beam.
(3) The bucket shall be lifted and lowered along the guide wire rope; when the shaft is first drilled, the lifting distance of the guide rope without the guide rope shall not exceed 40m.
(4) The number of buckets shall not exceed the specified number of people. The bucket personnel must face the outside of the bucket. It is strictly forbidden to sit or stand on the edge of the bucket. It is forbidden to take passengers with buckets containing materials; it is forbidden to use automatic flip-type or bottom-opening buckets to lift personnel (except for the rescue of casualties).
3. When constructing the shaft, measures should be taken to prevent falling objects from falling underground. The wellhead should be provided with a temporary sealing plate, and the sealing plate should be provided with a well cover door. A fence shall be installed at both ends of the manhole cover. The structure of the sealing disc and the manhole cover should be strong and rigorous. The slag discharge facility should be tight, and it is not allowed to leak slag or leak into the well. The tools and materials carried by the workers in the well should be tied securely or placed in the tool bag. Materials or tools should not be thrown into (or within) the wellbore.
4. The rock grab should not grab large rocks that exceed the grabbing capacity; when the rock grab is unloaded, personnel should not stand near the bucket.
5. When lifting the rock grab, there must be a special person to command.
