In 2008, Hongyan took the lead with the China Automotive Engineering Research Institute and Chongqing University to form a project research team to carry out project research and development in the form of companies set up by the government, government funding, and research and development of colleges and universities, and successively in 2008 and 2009. It completed the research and development of two heavy-duty TAMPA cabs and a single-axle load of 16 tons and an output torque of 50000 N.M. and successfully applied for three domestic invention patents.
At the acceptance meeting, the technical staff of Hongyan Company made detailed reports on the research content, product development process, and production conditions.
