Dehydration technology operation procedure

1. Inspection before driving 1) Check for any debris around the equipment and related parts and remove it.
2) Check whether the electrical parts and instruments are flexible and reliable.
3) Check whether the safety facilities are secure, whether the screws of each part are loose, and whether the transmission parts and lubrication conditions are good.
4) Check if the truss is pressed by the ore and the lifting device is flexible.
5) Check whether the damaged filter cloth, the filter cloth fixed platen or iron wire screw is loose, that the stirrer is flexible movement.
6) Check the pipeline and the filtrate tank for blockage, leakage, water leakage and air leakage. In winter, check whether there is any freezing phenomenon and check whether the water level of the water storage tank is normal.
2. Driving sequence and precautions 1) It is preferred to start the filter agitator, then start the filter cartridge, start the jet pump after normal operation, and finally open the concentrator discharge gate.
2) After starting the thickener, the truss should be slowly lowered to the designated position, and the truss is strictly prohibited when it is buried by the ore.
3. Precautions during operation 1) Always check the tightening of the screws in each part, the temperature of the motor and the bearing, and add the lubricating oil on time.
2) Observe the readings of the pressure indicator and ammeter of the concentrator, measure the concentration of the ore, and adjust the amount of the ore according to the concentration of the ore specified by the technical card to ensure the cleanliness of the overflow of the concentrator.
3) Adjust the filter cartridge speed according to the moisture content of the filter cake and the amount of concentrate, to ensure the productivity and product moisture requirements.
4) Check the vacuum pump and the air pressure system for water leakage and air leakage to ensure sufficient vacuum and wind pressure.
5) When the concentration of ore is low, the filter cartridge and vacuum system can be stopped intermittently.
6) When there is a backlog of ore in the thickener and filter, do not stop the operation of the tweezers and the agitator.
7) The concentrator scorpion shall not be arbitrarily raised without the approval of the leader.
8) Ship the concentrate in time and assist in weighing, sampling and measuring moisture.
4. Parking sequence and precautions 1) First close the concentrator discharge gate, after the mineral fluid is processed, close the jet pump, then stop the agitation and stop the filter cylinder.
2) Before the concentrator is parked, the mine should be stopped and the mine should be enlarged. After the concentrated product is discharged, stop and lift the truss.
3) When there is no notice or accident parking, the power should be cut off immediately and the truss should be lifted quickly to release the mineral liquid in the filter tank.
