In order to ensure the long-term and normal operation of the intelligent turbine flowmeter, it is necessary to constantly check the operation status of the flowmeter, make maintenance work, and eliminate any problems found in time.

1. The maintenance period of smart turbine flow sensors is generally six months. The flowmeter is cleaned, checked and recalibrated on a regular basis. The flowmeter with lubricant or cleaning fluid injection port should be regularly injected with lubricating oil or cleaning fluid in order to maintain good operation of the impeller. Please pay attention not to damage the parts in the measuring chamber, especially the impeller, during maintenance and cleaning. Please pay attention to the positional relationship between the guide and the impeller when assembling.


2. The intelligent turbine flow sensor should be cleaned after the internal media is blown dry and a protective sleeve is placed at both ends of the sensor to prevent dust from entering the crucible and then stored in a dry place.


3. Before the intelligent turbine flowmeter is put into operation, it is necessary to set the meter factor, check it carefully, and confirm that the flowmeter can be connected without errors and be well grounded before sending power.


4. The use of clean media should be maintained without impurities such as fiber and particles. Keep the filter open. The filter is blocked by impurities, and can be judged from the increase in the reading of the pressure gauge at the entrance and exit of the filter, and the blockage is eliminated in time. Otherwise, the flow rate will be seriously reduced.


5. The monitoring shows the status of the instrument, and the evaluation shows the meter reading. If there is any abnormality, check it in time.


6. The filter used should be cleaned periodically. The media inside should be cleaned. The same as the sensor, add the dust jacket and store it in a dry place.


7. Before the sensor is installed, use mouth blowing or hand-pushing the impeller to make it rotate quickly to observe whether there is any indication. When there is a display, install the sensor again. If there is no indication, check the relevant parts for troubleshooting.
