Step 1: Digging the pit

Laying the drainage channel (2): According to the number of lifting columns, build a layer above the drainage channel to cover the drainage channel to avoid filling the drainage channel when pouring cement.
Step 4: Place the lifting column
After the drains are completed, put them into the lifting column according to the plan and adjust the horizontal angle to ensure that the lifting column is flush with the road surface.
Step 5: Fix the device
After ensuring that the equipment is level with the ground, fill in a small amount of cement to secure the equipment.
Step 6: Equipment wiring
The TV cable uses the RVV3*2.5 specification wire, and the LED warning lamp uses the 4*1.5 specification wire. After connecting the wire, insert the PVC pipe into the control box.
Step 7: Control box wiring
According to the diagram, the control box connection method is connected to the positive and negative lines of the motor and the positive and negative lines of the common line LED light group connected to the lamp group.
Step 8: Debugging
After the control box is connected, conduct a power-on test to ensure that the lift is normal, and the rise and fall are consistent with the direction of the remote control.
Step 9: Backfilling the earth
After the equipment is debugged, fill in the sand and compact it, leaving a distance of 200mm from the ground.
Step 10: Level the ground
Make sure that the lifting column is parallel to the ground to pour cement on the bauxite layer, flush with the ground and restore the road surface.
