It can be operated by a single person, making it ideal for both mowing and cleaning tasks in various water environments.

The machine features a transverse cutting knife and two sets of longitudinal cutting knives, which allow for efficient and safe cutting of aquatic plants without tangling. The mechanical collection wheel ensures that harvested vegetation is properly stored within the collection bunker. The cabin is designed with a lift-type sunroof, allowing for easy navigation under low bridges while still providing protection from weather conditions.
