Working Principle
The process begins with feeding the material into the fluidized bed dryer through a feeder. Clean, heated air is then introduced from the bottom of the fluid bed via a fan, where it comes into contact with the solid materials on the distribution plate. This creates a fluidized state, enabling efficient heat and mass transfer. The dried product is then discharged from the top of the fluid bed through a cyclone and bag filter system, ensuring high-quality output.
